Latest Horse Portrait
It’s been a while since I did a horse portrait, but this mare was a lovely subject to start me off again. ‘Wilma’ is successful showjumper and eventer, and her portrait was commissioned as a surprise gift for her owner.
I’m using a new medium which gives a more even shine and finish to the finished painting, but it is causing me problems with trying to photograph the final piece without getting a reflection.
